Silver Spring Kitchen
LMBI has created an open concept design that combines the existing dining room and kitchen to create an expansive gourmet kitchen with a cozy breakfast nook. Our kitchen features full Samsung gourmet appliances, including the Samsung Refrigerator with Alexa Smart Connectivity. Pop-up electrical outlets at the main sink area for our clients' convenience. The Cambria Quartz countertops and KraftMaid Custom Cabinetry provide a traditional yet modern look while the Kate Spade wall sconces and Brizo faucet fixtures in Matte Black with Satin Gold accent add a touch of elegance to the space.

Relocation of a laundry room to the new pantry extension in the adjacent garage. The old laundry room has been converted into a new wet room bath that is compliant with ADA regulations. The inclusion of a moveable teak shower seat will provide ease of access for wheelchair users, while the custom shelving at the extended pantry and laundry areas will offer ample storage space. The use of turquoise ceramic wall tile with 7 different patterns will create an aesthetically pleasing entry view.
